While direct primary care and concierge practices might look similar—like smaller patient panels and more access to your provider—there are some big differences. The biggest? Concierge practices bill insurance and charge you a fee. DPC doesn’t deal with insurance at all. That means: No copays with DPC (concierge usually charges them). More time with your provider, since we’re not stuck doing insurance paperwork. Lower fees, because we don’t have high overhead from insurance billing. No insurance required to join—DPC is open to everyone, and we often offer financial help if needed. In short: DPC is simpler, more affordable, and truly focused on you.

We’re open Monday through Thursday from 9AM to 5PM (with a lunch break from 12–1PM), and Fridays from 9AM to noon. Need to be seen quickly? We offer same-day appointments for urgent needs. After hours, a provider is always on call for anything that can’t wait.

Headed out of town? Just let us know! You can still reach us if something comes up while you’re away—we’re happy to offer guidance or support, no matter where you are.

We can draw labs right here in the office—just schedule a quick appointment. Prefer an outside lab? No problem, we’ll send the order wherever you’d like. Lab costs are billed by the lab and usually covered by your insurance—not by us.

No, your membership works alongside your insurance. You’ll still need insurance for things like hospital stays, emergency room visits, and specialist care. Think of us as your go-to for day-to-day healthcare—without the red tape.

Your membership fee isn’t covered by Medicare or private insurance, but your insurance still works just like it does now for things we don’t provide—like x-rays or specialist visits. If you’d like to try getting reimbursed, we’re happy to give you any documentation you need.

Possibly! This is a bit of a gray area. An executive order in 2019 supported making DPC an eligible HSA expense, but the IRS hasn’t made it official yet. We recommend checking with your accountant or financial advisor to be sure.
